pinkflamingobtq @cam182 Hello! So the band is perfect for a 34 to a very tight 36 around. It is 14.75" lying flat and a 34 is a 29"-30" around.. So perfect! The bottoms Are 14.5" un stretched and nobody wants the bottoms to fall off or sag on a bathing suit. The bottoms can comfortably stretch up to 16" waist. I hope this helps! I always want my people to know as much as possible so it fits right 😄👍
