jerenfro12 @mcdelia all of the measurements are the same for this skirt as above mentioned from their website. It wasn't altered just the sizing that NY&Co sets for a 2.

mcdelia @jerenfro12 i have this same skirt in another color, size 2. The waist measures 28", not 26". I would buy your skirt if the waist was 28".
