tdetersrokeyHi! question: I just started selling on Merc*** and sold a pair of Rocks & the person has not rated me yet....does it take a while sometimes....they were delivered this morning...& I also noticed on her ratings that you sold her an item also :) Just a little nervous since my 1st item I sold is $75!!

fever4fashion@tdetersrokey Hey Theresa:) just getting your message. What is the buyer's user name on MERC ? I can tell you whether or not I've received a rating yet...take a deep breath, hopefully there's a reasonable explanation 💁

tdetersrokeyOh thanks for getting back to me. Her user name is tajayi. I thought she would have rated me by now 😬

fever4fashion@tdetersrokey Ok, so my listing that she purchased was totally seamless, and easy breezy. It was for a 3 Buckle Tank Tops. Everything went great. Please back in . As I understand $75 is a lot of money. However, I will that I had a great seller's experience with her. xoXOxo

tdetersrokeyOkay! Thanks Dawn!! Hopefully she will rate me soon😊. Using a new selling app always makes me a little nervous 😖. I take it you haven't had any issues with it?

fever4fashion@tdetersrokey I'm too am waiting on a rating that got delivered on Monday. You can go under your MERC notes, the one that shows your "item has been delivered". Open that, scroll all theway down, and leave a nice comment saying something like..." I see you received your item, please rate your purchase, so I can do the same in return. Thanks again for your purchase!"

Sep 01Reply

tdetersrokeyOh great! I'll leave her a msg. Thanks for all the help!! I think I read that if the buyer doesn't rate you after 3 days you can contact customer service & they will rate you so you can get your funds.

fever4fashion@tdetersrokey I am re-reading my notes, and totally apologize for the typos. That's what I get for trying to multi task back to school office forms, first day outfits, at home manicures, and returning messages at the same time :) please keep me posted!!
