Dress is new with tags and gorgeous! It is black with neutral colors; made by Risesum; has an ethnic print throughout; is loose fitting; and can be worn as a tunic or dress. Material is 100% polyester, and it is size XXL. (It runs small though, so please check size chart on picture #4.) Dress measures 22" armpit to armpit and is 32" long. (This is the last one I have in that size. I will be getting 3x in the next few weeks.)
