vivacouture @djm97vt hi good morning I am feeding my baby so that's why I am on lol ! Yes this style dress happens to be very stretchy and flowy so the large will fit an XL which is why I listed XL in the size breakdown . So based on fit most of my clients have sized down and with 38C bust it sounds to me you could go with medium since you also don't want it to be too big . I can measure when it arrives in my hands next couple days ! Love the look you describe !!

It measures around 22" across the pit to pit flat and has good stretch let me know or you can buy directly this listing !! Thanks again for your patience !

shelpen Absolutely I love this. Is black the only color left? Remember I need 52 inches in the chest area but I have a tummy. Unless this has a lot of fabric in the 2X size all the way down, I'm afraid my lumps and bumps would show.
