My weight hardly ever fluctuates- I’ve been slender/fit most of my life, probably b/c I’m an athlete, play sports, do yoga & quite active generally :) I’m probably gonna be the same if I ever have kids in the future. It’s probably also genetics, since I looked like my dad and he eats what he wants & doesn’t gain weight 😂
