onceuponarunway@kellymatthews12 If you are referring to the one on PM that sold for $80 the other day, it was the smaller "31 Second Pouch" sized (think makeup bag size) with a retail price of only $298. This is the larger oversized "31 Minute Clutch" which retails for right under $600. Hope that helps explain the price difference. And no worries at all, I complete understand. Have a great evening!

So in my comment to her, was whatever, and that she would be hard pressed to find a bracelet like mine for under $1,000 in a Jewelry store. I could not believe what she did. In the top right hand corner of the closet there should be the "share" looking icon, it's a square with an arrow pointing up out of it. Click that and a list of options will pop up. The very bottom one should be "Block this User". Click that and it will block them. In this area you also have the option to report someone for harassing you or acting unethically on Posh.

I've found that having a closet with items priced really low tends to attract potential buyers who make lowball offers. I make a point to not mark anything under or sell anything for less than $14. onceuponarunway@shershoy I recently read that PM has a code written into their system that considers certain factors to make your items more or less visible...and apparently, declining offers makes your items less visible. Not sure how much truth there is to that, but I worry about it. I want o be able to have a closet people come to and say “Wow, what great prices!”. But having to mark items up to take into consideration price drops and offers on top of that makes my items look overpriced. 😞

In my experience, people who send lowball offers will always counter in small increments or decline your counter instantly..like you’re insulting them! Lol. Here’s an example of what I often encounter. Item is listed for $40 and they offer me $20. I generously meet them halfway (even though that’s more than a 20% discount) and counter with $30. Then they counter my offer with $21 or $22.

The longer your are on Posh and the more exposure you get, you will find that it is a fantastic community filled with ladies who purchase items at your listed price or send reasonable offers, such as 10% off. Venting def helps with the negative experiences. So don’t be a stranger and feel free to vent with me anytime! 😆

a1023reneeI love the chart you made to help others understand what their offers mean. Then how little the seller gets in some instances. In some instances we would have to pay them $1.20 to sell them the item or whatever cost. Ive had likes on $7 items & they want me to send a lower offer. Can be challenging & so thankful u have this for people to see. Your a awesome seller. Im fairly new

With my discount on bundles, the price came out to something like $36. She offered...$20. I countered with one dollar off the bundle discount price. Needless to say, she ignored the offer. But I really wanted to type, “You’re cute trying to offer that price, but this ain’t my first rodeo...” 😒🙄
