The quality is in description- cotton,polyester,spandex.Yes, it can be used for gym.The cut on the back is not very high,it doesn't require fancy bra, you can wear it with a regular bra&it wouldn't show. I just added all measurements possible to the description, about modeling- I gained weight like a pig and hide behind L size slouchy clothes now🙈😁, so this M top doesn't fit me sexy😔, but I'll try to see later on today if I can still model it even if it will not be the good looking modeling😂I love the top, I don't like how I look in S or M sizes anymore...
