I've had male customers who buy things for their wives or girlfriends. When I first started selling on here, I had a similar situation. The customer gave me a great rating after receiving his bundle. Apparently he'd just made an account to purchase items that his niece had "liked" as a gift for her, which I thought was pretty cool.

I sold a pair of sneakers and it seems like the person never picked them up and they are being held at her local post office. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my money. What happens in this situation? Do I loose my money? Do I get my shoes back? Please if you can give me some advice? Thanks

citytoseaside@maccscloset Hi- that’s really frustrating. I do know that it can take Poshmark a few days to respond to customer service issues. Something similar happened to me and as I recall, they contacted the buyer to ask them to pick up their package. I don’t think they ever did but a few days after that, they released my money. I don’t know how long the post office holds packages; maybe they’ll end up sending it back

citytoseaside@maccscloset I did have a few packages go missing and Poshmark paid me anyway because they could see that I really had shipped them. So, it might take awhile but Poshmark will stand by you. I hope that helped a little bit. Let me know how it works out! 🙂
