lobber206 @mreeter Armpit to armpit I measure 17 inches. Waist I'm measuring 14.5 inches across (on the outside of the dress...keep in mind the dress is fully lined, and the fabric is not flimsy at all). On the Carmen Marc Valvo website, their size chart indicates that size 4 is 34 bust, 27 waist, 36 hips. Hope that helps?
