Kate Spade Lentica Colorblock Heels 10B

I purchased these from Nordstrom Rack, but never got around to wearing them out—I'm hoping to make back some of what I paid. I think these might have been worn a little/returned before I purchased them, as there are some wear marks on the interior and small scuffs on the exterior. (The most noticeable scuff is in the fourth picture on the outside of the right heel.) The heels are about 4" high.
