@bstiver that would depend probably on height also. My model is 5'7"and a 34-36B and wears a small. Look at the measurements and probably consider a Med. It is an absolutely adorable dress! Let me know if you have any more questions I'm happy to help!

@bstiver maybe take a measuring tape around the bust area at the largest areas and see what that is including the actual bust.
