kellleyx@eblessed82 hello! I was just checking order statuses and saw you received your order. I was wondering how do you like everything? :)

Aug 20Reply

ashlynrobbErika, I mailed the bags but I made a fatal error!!! I think I mailed you the wrong shoulder strap. I have the black one here. I can send you a UPS label for you to send it back to me and I can ship you the correct one. Whatever is easier for you. I am so sorry!!! They were completely wrapped so it was hard to tell. Please let me know what would be best for you and again I am sorry for the inconvienance!!

Aug 23Reply

ashlynrobbDid you happen to receive the package yet? I mailed a few the same day and they all revised them already so I just wanted to double check and to see if you got my previous message too!! Thank you and I hope you enjoy!! Looking forward to hearing from you soon!!!!

Aug 28Reply

eblessedshop@ashlynrobb sorry I didn't see your message but yes I did receive the package and what we can do is I'll check your closet and see what I can buy and you can send the straps and the label in the same package and I will do the exchange so let me check your closet and see what I can buy cuz I did like a few items

Aug 28Reply

Aug 29Reply

eblessedshopThe total is showing $164 will u accept $130 for the 5 items? Or u can send me The label to send you the strap back and we do the exchange however works for you better just let me know thank you

Aug 29Reply
