What are the measurements for a small? Bust/waist/hip/length

@poohder69 The waist laying down is 11" but it is elastic. Mykaela has 24" waist and 26" hips and she is modeling a small. The length of the skirt is 17.5". I can't measure bust because it forms to what you have like a halter. It will fit an A cup to DD cup at least.
