Ok they both look to measure flat across chest.. armpit to armpit at 17".. and the waist on the 10 flat across is 17", and the 8 is 16"..the dress gathers at the waist.. and the dress is fully lined..so I would take that in consideration as well.. let me know if needs anything else..btw running the sale on this dress through the weekend. thanks for looking.
