The Clarissa is the highest quality signature tulle skirt. This skirt is a custom order. It has been hand crafted in New York just for you! Handmade with 6 layers of beautiful lilac tulle and 1 layer Full lining. Stretch waist. Small fits size 0-6, Medium fits size 8-14, Large fits through sizes 16-22. Please note these skirts have a higher MSRP than the Claire due to the added layers used to create the fullness and fluffiness of the Clarissa skirt. This is the best quality you will find!
