Very warm dress. Black upper with cream, black, & red stripes on skirt. 2 buttons on each cuff. Zips up the back. Fabric is knitted and has some stretch. Comes with belt (not pictured). The only issue I found are 2 weak spots on the fabric in one of the cream stripes (see pic). Clear nail polish on the back side of the fabric would probably save it. Bust 32". Waist 26". Length 40". Act III brand. The color on your screen may not exactly match the item.

What number size do you think this fits?

@kayla2595 its hard to say because manufacturers vary so much. Also, it depends on how tight you want it to be. I am going to say it is probably about a size 2 or 4. For the best fit, ou can compare the measurements to a dress you already own.
