mermaidannieb@tinaflo if you have a small frame then maybe the M would be better. The cup is bigger in the L but not sure what your cup size is. I think if you are a C cup the M is good. If you are a D cup then maybe L. I see you have XS tops, so I was thinking M would be fine.

mermaidannieb@cherynne_ ok so laying flat (don't forget it's stretchy!), it's about 13 inches wide (side to side), about 9 or 9.5 inches tall, and when I open up the cup fabric (triangle) completely it's about 8 inches wide along the bottom and 7 inches tall
