@morenasa1 Hi! It's about 50" from top to bottom of fringes. I'm 5'1" and it comes to around my ankle area so it's up to you on how long you would be comfortable with😊 You can use the offer button but 28 is too low I'm sorry

@morenasa1 It is beautiful! It's polyester and the embroidered is cotton. It's from April Spirit wholesaler😊 I just recently got it in and have sold one so far. Measurements are above in a comment, it is one size so always good to check the measurements😊 Let me know if you have any other questions💕
