neha815 @summerrr hi! I just went to check and looks like I had cut off the side tag that states material. It is a cotton type material blended with polyester I think but can't guarantee, so sorry about that! Hope my description helps tho. Thanks for the interest!

neha815 @summerrr no prob! It's not high waisted but maybe if you're shorter it could work. Definitely sits best at the hips or just above but might be too wide to sit at belly button--it is about 13.5" across laying flat!
