25th_elm@alissa_jo hi there thanks for your purchase! I don't have the exact ratio to sizes but do have the measuremts there. My best suggestion would be to get a pair of pants that are similar and measure the waist and then match that against the measurements listed here. I can try them on quickly and let you know what I think if that helps. I'm a size four.
