sweets3034@tribal_creation hello🙋thank you for your interest this is a two-step application 1 is fibers 1 is black mascara it works phenomenally. You apply the primer mascara first then apply the fibers and reapply the mascara to lock in the fibers. You get to control how much volume and length is applied to your own lashes. They never look artificial😚 let me know if you have anymore questions🙅
