mkratish @sugarnspice2 I added another photo with a tape measure as the 4th photo. When I measured it with a tape measure it was around 27-28inches. These are 98% cotton, and 2% spandex....so there is some stretch. If you need any more measurements or have any more questions, please feel free to ask.

mkratish @princesseyes34 They are "cropped"...so the red and light blue colored ones are 24inches. The pair with the polka dots are 24 inches, (but as you see in the 2nd photo)...it can be unrolled to 26 inches.
