foxandwolfco @jochymka hello! I haven’t received the dress yet. It’s sadly turned into a horrible situation with the other buyer. I’m shocked and dismayed. I guess I’m lucky that I haven’t run into other situations like this before on posh. Still disheartening. I know she contacted you in her claims that the bag I sent has five years on wear. It was a brand new Hershel bag!

foxandwolfco @jochymka I don’t understand the motives but I will contact posh directly. I have the last L that I am happy to send you regardless of whether or not the buyer sends the dress back. Hopefully posh will send me a shipping label. It’s a lesson I guess! Looks like she is trying to keep the dress, the bag and get them all free. That’s the only sense I can make of it.

jochymka @poshcurator I’m so sorry for the situation! She did contact me. I let her know the bag I received absolutely was brand new. It’s okay if you end up not getting the dress back and i end up getting credited back for it. I like the dress but it’s certainly not earth shattering to me. It is cute and was a good price. I hope you get everything worked out with the other buyer!

foxandwolfco @jochymka I know. The other buyer never returned the dress, or the bag and got a refund. Crazy!! It was a disappointing experience but my hubby reminded me that these things happen and not to let it affect my future enjoyment of poshing. So true!! So I did hear back from customer service and they sent me a new label. I have my last large that I am sending you. With a little gift for your patience. 💗 I hope you love both!!

jochymka @poshcurator I’m sorry to hear you’ve had such a bad experience. I would think the other buyer couldn’t get a refund without returning the items. Also, if you have a M, please send that. It said you only had a L left so I figured it’s a flowy dress so it wouldn’t matter.

foxandwolfco @jochymka it’s in the mail! ☀️ It was my last dress. Size large. Medium was sold out. Sometimes posh will just refund buyer and credit seller without actually reship. Probably to avoid extra loss on their side. I included a small gift as a thank you. Really appreciate your understanding! And I hope you have a great day!!
