I cant find my measurement tape, but the XS should be fine on you if you're looking for that flowy type of look. if it helps, I'm a 34C, and I usually wear a size 4 in dresses. The second picture is of me modeling the top. As for the cotton feel, I compared it to one of my tops thats made of 95% cotton, and I would say yes, it does have a cotton like feel to it. (:
