@charmedbycharms it's actually adjustable! The ring is not fully rounded but has open parts. My ring finger size is 5 and the ring is great on me!

@charmedbycharms correction - it's not adjustable but doesn't fall off since it's a double ring the two fingers being joined keep it together. I have small fingers and haven't had any issues with it falling off
