This beautiful crocheted dress buy Full Tilt is a size large. The shell is made out of 100% polyester and the lining is also a hundred percent polyester. It is very stretchy and is meant to be for fitting. It has adjustable straps and the links is 35 inches with the strap adjusted all the way out. This dress has string loops for a belt to be added, but the original belt is missing. Any small belt could be added or it looks great without one.

@mgm4life I do believe it would fit that size frame. The waist measures around 14" across laying flat and the bust measures around 17" laying flat.
