Once it's on in sure it would fit but may be a struggle trying to get it on. I'm all about honesty, not a quick sale. Want everyone to be 110% happy. 💕

styledbuyv@jdesign Hi Joanna! It isnt "tight" but there is no stretch since its Rayon. I would love to measure the bust area for you. Because of your bust, id say the medium would most likely be the best fit for you. I also do not have any smalls left. And yes, 33 is from shoulder strap to bottom hem.

The top and dress after discount it would cost $42 for both items before shipping. But please, make sure you are certain before adding to a bundle and checking out. styledbuyv@neyatyenne get the small definitely. There isn't any stretch to this dress that's why I was asking. Under the bust is see through lace. I do wear with a nude bra as it is on the lighter side on the top. The bottom half has a decent amount of flowy material so I guess because of that it does poof a little. But not in a "this made my butt look 3x bigger" sort of way. 😂
