loveandhoney @scooper76 yes. I am 5'2" with a 24" waist and it fits just right. Not to tight. Not too loose. There is also some stretch to the material. The waist is elastic. This is my go to skirt with a tank or tee shirt.

loveandhoney @dinarose hi there!! The waist is 24" relaxed. The waist has an elastic band. A medium is 26" relaxed and the large is 28" relaxed. For tighter fit, a small. If you prefer some room, a medium.

loveandhoney @dinarose in the photo, I am 5'2 with a 24" waist 31" hips... The skirt is relaxed on me and is not stretched. There is some give to the material.
