Authentic bag great condition. In the third picture you can see one of the leather tabs was repaired. The zipper is broken. No broken teeth but the they split when you zip it. Cheap repair just don't have time to fix and don't use this bag anymore. You can see the picture of the zipper in the additional listing. The strap is adjustable but there is only one piece to adjust. There is no bottom plastic piece to hold the strap in place
