NWT Plaid pheasant style top

This piece has a little extra room in it duets the style. Depending how you like it to fit, it can fit a small or a medium. Length is 30 inches at the longest point, bust is 21.5 inches, and the hips are 24.5 inches across. Measurements were taken while laid flat.
