sterling5Hey caren i got my package but i dont know how to send you a comment from the other site. I hope its ok here So mom loves her B. Makowski and the Kate wallet is amazing! But im disappointed with the leather on the lucky. Its listed as NWOT but there were scratches all over it like it had been in a closet or something. I used my leather conditioner last night but you can still see some of it

caren257@sterling5 hey there. Believe it or not, that is the leather itself. It kind of has a distress look as most lucky brand soft leather bags do. You can see that they are not scratches and that is part of the leather. The bag was never used and was kept in a dust bag. If you'd like the next time you are in a store just check another nag like it and you can see what I mean. I would never sell I bag that was damaged as new. If you are still dissatisfied maybe we can swap for something else
