boushoe@tana159 Hi, I'm sorry I missed this! They are considered a training shoe, so they're good for cardio or strength training workouts. I personally think the free Flyknits are more comfortable (more cushion) and are better suited for running. Lunarglides are also great running shoes but sizes run small in them (incase you find a pair). It's all about preference though!
