This skirt is so fun and flirty and can fit the work, party, casual, and date night scene! Feminine baby blue 100% silk ruffles cascade in rows down a cream colored soft suede like skirt with tiny punch holes. Fully lined with side zipper. Shell is 80% polyester 20% polyurethane. Lining is 100% acetate dryclean. Approx flat meas: length 23.5", waist 15", hips 19.5", hem 23". EUC has a small snag on 2nd ruffle in back (see pics)
