Light, airy, and totally girly, this tie-neck cotton dress from JCrew is gorgeous! Deep v-neck with frothy ruffles on the bust, empire waist, double ruffle around hem, and all-over Swiss dot pattern really make it pop. Fully lined, with ruffles in the liner and pleating to give it that stand-out twirly skirt. Back hidden zipper. Laid flat, bust 14in, waist 13.5in, length waist to skirt 26.5in. 4th pic shows some discoloration; also a touch on the tie at neck; priced accordingly.

@deracie8 Hmmmm, I'm not sure. Did you check those measurements listed? It is from a couple of years back, and I personally feel like JCrew's previous sizing ran smaller than it does currently. But, I can't guarantee... Everything fits people differently! 😄
