Stunning Sexy Black Prom Dress

Hi I'm selling this gorgeous prom dress ! Unfortunately it's just a little big. I am 5'4 and measure 23 inches around the waist. Will fit almost any height. The arms are a little baggy but that's an easy fix. I love it, but it's not the dress for me. Hopefully one of my fellow poshers love it !! The picture doesn't do it justice. It's too big on her so it's more of a 4 even though it says 2
