treviesmommy @priscilla_50 I've tried every diet out there and medifast was the only one that worked for me. I lost 40 pounds in 2 months (10 the first week!) but I had a lot more weight to lose than you lol. I've gained it back of course but it's a good quick fix! I don't get paid for this advertisement! Haha
