claralynne@allie89 I notice you put to make all offers using the button. I'm fairly new to pm! Can you explain to me why so many people offer in the comments? And ask so many questions and want you to hold it then not buy it? I just don't get it! Is this some game I don't know about?

allie89Hi @claralynne ! Welcome to Poshmark! 💕 In my experience, people that make offers in the comments section instead of using the offer button usually don't intend to buy the item at all. They are just curious or would consider buying at a later time at a lower price. I always direct them to the offer button because comments can't be deleted and then you are stuck selling at that lower price. If someone is legitimately interested in buying, they will make an offer :)

allie89@claralynne As to the questions, well there are different types of buyers, some are very nitpicky and others just buy no questions asked. Most people that ask too many questions end up not buying. To avoid the back and forth, I suggest being as descriptive as possible. Try to include measurements, color, fabric content, condition of the item and other relevant description you think would be helpful!

My main suggestions to make sales would be: 1) Have clear, well-lit pictures (yours are very nice!), 2) Share your closet throughout the day (at least 3x each day), 3) Have 20-30 listings available, (more options=more likely someone will buy or bundle), 4) Post 1-3 new listings every day and 5) Share other people's closet (they usually share back and all their followers will see your items). I hope these tips help you get a sale soon!!!
