grlsea@jazelle44 in my opinion the medium is a true medium and large is a true large, but that's just opinion, lol. I highly recommend reading the measurements. They are a comfy fit, not tight, I hope this helps, please let me know if I can answer anything else. It looks a little "baggy" on the mannequin because she is a small ;-)
