@kimmiedee, my bust is 42D, so I know that would work, but my hips are 51. Whatcha think? Sometimes I wear 2x & Sometimes 3x. I know I wouldn't want it to be clingy tight. That wouldn't be cute. 😆

@dennie sorry for the delay...just got home to measure...the dress has the extra panels (polka dot) that start right under the arm...this adds to the "flare"😊at about 3/4 way down, at the pocket, the 2X measures approx 37" across, bottom hem is about 45" across. I don't have any more 3X so I updated the listing. Hope that helps you!
