jenangel89 @mrs_matthews15 hi there:) I have sold several of these and all of my customers have been happy.. You can check all my 5 star reviews and ask my customers how great my customer service is. I never even saw that comment from her as it most likely got lost in my feed. If she was unhappy and saw I didn't respond she is suppose to contact poshmark and let them know it was the wrong size. Had I seen her comment I would have more than happily helped her out

You didn't attempt to contact poshmark either, which is what you're suppose to do when an order isn't to your liking or you didn't hear back from me. I have nothing but 5 star reviews from all my customers and had I seen you comment j definitely would have helped you out

It's been 2 weeks since I received any response from you on my last message. Poshmark always replies so I'm not sure what's going on with that

jenangel89 @tdonelson i don't appreciate any rude comments. I would be more than happy to swap something if I had it. I absolutely do not have bad customer service. When ylu receive hundreds of notifications a day you sometimes miss them and posh doesn't always allow you to back track. Again, as I've said I always work with customers if it's a mistake on my end or if they want to exchange.
