randeesclosetHello Sierra -- the fabric is strong but also stretchy. It is not thin fabric at all. The only thing I will recommend is if you are in between sizes, you may wish to order the larger. I have sold almost 30 pairs, with great reviews. Hope that helps, Randee

randeescloset@loganblue12 Hi Elizabeth , we all wear them at the gym. They are very very stretchy, yet are thick enough to hold you in. Good for yoga class, weight lifting, and outdoor sports. I would say medium thickness, and very strong and stretchy. Hope that helps. Randee
