littlepolkadot@tlutzy the whole dress doesnt run small. I very between a 2 and 4 and this I wear a 2. The top is adjustable because of the tie plus its stretchy. The bottom shouldnt be an issue for anyone just because its flowey.

littlepolkadot@keilagoet it is super hard to measure the bust and hips but the length is 35' long. The top-bust area is adjustable with the tie as well as the material is super stretchy, almost a little slinky. The hips are free flowing as you see in the photos so both those areas are able to accommodate multiple measurements. I am usually a size 4 in H&M and i can wear the 2 or 4 in this dress
