@biubiu2016 laid flat: shoulder to shoulder 13 inches to the outside of each strap. Chest 17 inches. Waist 15 1/2.

@biubiu2016 also realized today the top of bow was originally tacked to dress has come undone. Easy fix but I have safety pinned.
