ggold @elokomin thanks for the question Hun! Yes, they are true to size. I personally wear a 5 or 5.5 sometimes six, but Steve Madden I find sometimes runs a tiny bit loose for me. So a 5 is perfect. You can also adjust the ankle strap with the buckle :)
