@newsboys12 Hi there! Here's some measurements to give you a better idea! Was it is 14 3/4 inches. Height of skirt is 15 3/8 inches. Middle of skirt measures 18 1/2 inches. The skirts material is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. And the lining is 100% polyester. Hope this helps! 💕
