This dress is light, breezy, and perfect for spring! The color is a pretty orangey-pink. It is lined and has a cute cinched waist. The only problem with it is that one strap tends to come away from the body (shown in picture three), but this might not be a problem if you aren't quite as petite as I am!

@coachlover810 To be honest, I think this dress fits more like an XS than an S. I'm more like a 0 and it fits me. The bust is about 15 inches across, the waist is 10 inches across (it's elastic and so can stretch a fair amount), and the length is about 29.5 inches from the top to the end of the dress (not including the sheer overlay which hangs longer). Hope this helps.
