New without tags. Tried on once. Very soft and flowy! Features lace along the neckline as well as the bottoms of the sides. Also has adjustable straps. It does hang a little low on the sides as depicted in the last picture, so I would definitely suggest wearing with a cami or bandeau underneath! Last picture is not mine. Comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home!

@caitlinelizbeth Hi! From the V in the dress to the hem it's approximately 27 1/2 inches. The lace trim on the sides adds another 6 inches. As far as the bust measurement goes, since it's a drape dress there isn't a real bust line. But the width of it when it's laying flat is 27 inches. I hope this helps! 😊
