Black flutter sleeve top from Guess. Size XS, runs slightly on the bigger side. It has an elegant and sexy neckline, and a waistline that goes great with jeans, shorts or skirts. It's a true bargain for the quality. Not selling as a designer brand because I got irritated by the tag and cut it off a while ago.
