4romeosheart@shah2122 I have two fusions one in my cervical area and the second in my lumbar area. When I over do an activity or sit for an extreme amount of time in one area my joints around the fusions start to swell and hurt. For the last month I have been on Postmark non stop trying to get my new closet circulating and getting exposure that I haven't really had much rest. Today I woke up with my hip knee locked and my neck all stiff.
